Scrum Master
Lime Company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master. The successful candidate will facilitate successful scrum adoption at the team level by evaluating and refining our current process. He/she will work the product group and management to ensure that team objectives are aligned with company priorities. The Scrum Master will distribute information clearly and promptly to the team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Managing and resolving cross-team dependencies
- Helping to standardize scrum practices across multiple teams
- Facilitating regular scrum meetings including daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Coaching teams on the effective use of scrum
- Fostering constructive debate to enable good decision-making and shared vision
- Proactive reporting of risks, blockers, and team progress
- Working with product owners to maintain the backlog and update team status in our agile process management tool
- Improving transparency on team progress through burndown charts and velocity reporting
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- 2+ years in agile development environment as a developer or program/project manager
- Established problem-resolution, team-building and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain a network of effective relationships with people inside and outside the development group
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical areas
- Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Experience working with Rally is a plus
