Abe joined LimeWire Store in 2009 and leads its independent content partner outreach. He really likes licensing and wants to make a deal with
you. Prior to joining Lime, Abe managed a number of sync licensing projects and held a variety posts at Palm Pictures, Sony Music Entertainment, Barnes & Noble.com, and Muze. He is a musician and can sometimes be found hosting "Beyond the Pale" on WBAI 99.5 FM. Abe found growing up in Manhattan in the '80s to be equal parts terror, beauty, and exhilaration. His first high school job was at a stationary store around the corner from Lime Company HQ -- basically, he's never left this block.

Meet the Lime Crew
Lime Company is run by a great team of people in New York City. We’re engineers, developers, designers, product gurus, marketing buffs, customer champions, and music fans. What unites us is that we care deeply about creating the kinds of products and experiences that allow people to explore, share, and discover in the evolving digital landscape.
Some of the Lime Crew
Anthony joined Lime Company in the Summer of 2007 after graduating from Kent State University with a BS in Computer Technology. Before working at Lime Wire, he was the driving force behind bringing two well-known companies up to Web 2.0 standards and recreating their look and feel from the ground up. Anthony spent his college years running a freelance business where he built and ran several national band web sites while also creating the artwork for CDs, press kits, posters, and t-shirts.
Ari joined Lime Company in May of 2008. Ari's first experience in everything web was designing the Northeastern University music department's web site while earning his Music Industry degree there. Prior to finishing up that degree, Ari spent four years in Greece sipping frappes, going to the beach, spending summers on the islands, and earning an associate degree in business in his spare time. Ari's hobbies include reading, watching, smelling, hearing, moving, learning, sleeping, socializing, and basketball. Ari's hobbies do not include writing about himself in the third person.
Cara, a native Texan, graduated with a BA in Anthropology from Brandeis University. An interest in linguistics led her to a natural language search company, and she has been working for startups ever since. She loves old blues, country, and jazz. Most of her favorite musicians are dead. When not at work, Cara is trying to find her way around a 1964 Gibson tenor guitar.
Charlie received a B.A. in Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, writing his thesis on digital music market structures and cultural theory. Before joining Lime Company in 2008, he worked at Trackdown Scoring Stage in Sydney, Australia, and subsequently in the Digital Business Development group at EMI Music. Charlie is an avid explorer of new restaurants, new music, and new digital services. He somehow reconciles his love for New York with his passion for the Red Sox.
Christine joined Lime Company in January 2006. She graduated from Bard College with a concentration in Psychology, and misses upstate New York more than she expected to. In her free time, Christine enjoys sewing, reading, and bars with backyards. She appreciates book suggestions and people who don't litter, and feels lucky that most of her best friends currently live in the same neighborhood that she does.
Born and raised in Seattle, Dan headed East for the first time to attend Brown University, where he graduated with a degree in Computer Science. Prior to joining Lime Company Dan worked on several music-related websites and applications for Mischief New Media, Sonicnet, and MTV Networks. He's lived and played all over the world and is an avid surfer, cyclist, and traveler. In his spare time Dan also moves apartments every two months and tells people he's into woodworking.
David graduated from Cooper Union with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked at Register.com and NYSE Euronext before joining Lime Company. In his free time he likes to run, hike, and go to the beach. He is also passionate about studying history, politics, and economics.
Derek joined the Lime Company team in April 2008, leaving behind the high stress world of international vagabondery for a more laid-back tenure in the backwaters of Manhattan as a software developer. He enjoys writing autobiographettes, fresh squeezed lemonade, and abandoning his hobbies before he begins them.
Elliott is originally from Seattle, but he first came to New York to get a BA in Computer Science from NYU. After graduation, Elliott worked building web applications for a major NYC-based Pharma company and refined his preference for LAMP development. Before Lime Company, Elliott worked for MTV Networks developing social networking, news, and blog sites. He enjoys food (especially seafood), traveling, MLS soccer, and thinking about the next big thing.
Emily graduated from NC State’s College of Design with a BA in Graphic Design in 2002. Before joining Lime Company in 2009 she was the Art Director at Digital Lifestyle Outfitters, a company that designs accessories for mp3 players. When she’s not pushing pixels she enjoys traveling, snapping photos, live music, practicing yoga and making delicious vegan meals.
Emily graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2005 with a BS in New Media Publishing. Prior to joining Lime Company in April 2007, Emily managed a computer lab at RIT, designed CDs and websites for a musician self-management agency in Boston, and worked for a small e-commerce company in Upstate New York. In her spare time, Emily enjoys DJing in clubs, organizing events, snowboarding, playing guitar, not eating seafood, collecting stickers, ogling cute animals, and using Macintosh computers.

Felix also likes to spend time reading books in their original language, meeting interesting people, and studying the inner workings of the world and the human condition.
Jarret hails from a small town south of Seattle (called Sumner) and joined Lime Company in September of 2009. After graduating with a BFA from the University of Idaho in 2002 he spent time in Seattle and Los Angeles working for a certain coffee company. A job transfer for his fiancee, Jennifer, brought them to New York in January 2009. In their spare time they explore the five boroughs with a furry mutt-companion named Robbie. Things like live music, cooking, bicycling, wine tasting, record shopping, and general debauchery are on the weekend schedule. Someday a few acres and a proper vegetable garden are in order - in the meantime Williamsburg, Brooklyn is home.
Jessica graduated from Cornell University's College of Engineering in 2006 with a B.S. in Computer Science. She joined Lime Company in July 2007 and had previously worked at a company that developed Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications. Outside of work, Jessica loves cooking, playing sports, and traveling.
B.A. Applied Mathematics, Weber State University. Linux... bicycling... traveling... cooking... EATING!
A New Yorker for most of his life, Jorge joined the team in August of 2006, making him one of the oldest among the current staff. Aside from his love for all things Apple, he also loves writing mean HTML, CSS and Javascript for LimeWire. Early on in his time with Lime, he somehow managed to rack up the largest number of losses in a single Super Smash Brothers Melee match, despite being an avid all around gamer.
Hailing from Orange County, CA, Kelly left all that was familiar and set off for college in New York City. Throughout her college years she interned for MTV and Virgin Records, her introduction to the music industry. Upon graduating, she worked for many labels in many departments (publicity, marketing, and radio promotion). Finally enough was enough, and after escaping the doldrums of the major label world, Kelly became a lady of leisure and took a glorious 7 months off before joining Team Lime on Halloween of 2007. During this hiatus she drank fine (ok, sometimes cheap) wine in Italy, got her passport stolen in Spain, swam with sharks in Belize, gawked at ships passing through the Panama Canal and played with a baby Sloth in Costa Rica. She also went to North Dakota.
Kurt has been breaking software for more than 20 years and has broken everything from bank software to MMORPGs. Past employers include Chase Manhattan Bank, Computer Associates, and, most recently, Microsoft where he worked on anti-virus/anti-spam software. An avid gamer, Kurt has also beta tested digital and analog games including numerous board/wargames and the short lived Matrix Online RPG. Just a few of his hobbies are movies, aviation, Sci-Fi, military history, various forms of gaming, bad jokes, teaching his son all about Star Wars and watching his stack of unread fiction get higher and higher. Kurt also considers himself only slightly prepared for a zombie apocalypse but he is working on it.
Before Lime Company, Leo's path on this planet included stints in Indiana (born and raised), a college preparatory school (Phillips Exeter Academy), a liberal arts education (Wesleyan University), dot-com avarice (CNET), graduate school thumb-twiddling (Columbia University), and blog data mining (Nielsen BuzzMetrics). Other distractions include jazz + funk drumming, bicycling, jogging, scotch, and reading the occasional spam. Above all, Leo enjoys speaking of himself in the third person.
Michael Everett joined Lime Company in the Spring of 2007. He graduated from Northeastern University with his Masters in Computer and Information Sciences in 2006. Prior to starting at Lime Company he worked in a research lab focusing on improving Text-to-Speech Synthesis in noise and personalizing Text-to-Speech Synthesis using Voice Morphing. Outside of work, he spends his time playing blues guitar, DJing, programming a digital mixer, and scouring the world in search of new music.
France, Mauritius, Peru, Spain, Switzerland, U, and USA… Quentin has lived and worked all over the place. So it’s no wonder that he now runs the global business at Lime Company. Prior to joining the team in October 2009, he worked as a consultant with Accenture, managing transformation projects and performing strategic missions for the banking industry. He has also done the pharma thing in financial planning at Eli Lilly. Quentin received his MsC in engineering at Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France) and his MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona (Spain). In his spare time, you’ll find him playing drums in a studio or on stage with friends. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, wine tasting, skiing, and playing squash.
Shannon joined Lime in 2005 and was in charge of gut renovating Lime Company's new building: so if you need any tips on how to stack plumbing, submit landmark applications, or design interior space she's your gal. She also plans the fabulous parties in Lime Company's new home - where she may or may not drink too much and pick up cake with her hands. Shannon received her BFA from Juilliard for dance and founded DOORKNOB COMPANY. Her work has been presented at Dance New Amsterdam, HERE Arts Center, Ontological-Hysteric Theater, Festival Oltre Passo in Italy, LMCC's Sitelines as part of NYC's River to River Festival, and Fresh Tracks at Dance Theater Workshop. She was a 2009 artist in residence at DNA.
Sriram has been with Lime Company since graduating with a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2006. He initially worked on Limeberry, a WebDAV server written in Rails and then moved to the LimeWire Store. He worked in the India office until October 2007 when he moved to NYC. Sriram loves video games, football (soccer, to you Americans), insanely spicy food, reading Sci-Fi, dancing, Mentos, and lolcats.
After completing his B.S. in Physics and Philosophy at Carnegie Mellon University, Tim spent a lot of time building J2EE application servers at Bluestone Software, Hewlett-Packard, and Oracle. After dabbling in financial web services at Bloomberg, he landed at Lime Company in December of 2007. Outside of Lime, Tim spends his time reading, watching Discovery HD, snowboarding, and playing his Wii.
Tom joined Lime in September of 2007. Although he sits about as far from everyone else in the company as possible he feels very much at home. He's trying his best to make this place a home away from home for everyone. Maybe he'll get one of those $3,000 hypo-allergenic cats he keeps hearing about for the office?
Tom joined Lime Company in Winter 2007. Living proof that you can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy- Tom's a little bit rock and roll and a whole lotta country. He'd rather eat a bologna sandwich with Loretta Lynn than haute cuisine with Lily Allen. Would rather sit at the bar with Johnny Paycheck than go clubbing with Justin Timberlake. His art education has had absolutely no relevance to his work for entities such as No Depression, The Stranger, Barsuk Records, and CMJ. He's thrilled to be here.
Whoops, something went wrong. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Prior to joining Lime Company, George started, acquired, led, built, and/or sold a number of new media ventures. Jason comes to Lime Company (and glorious NYC) via Washington DC, via Boston, via San Francisco, via Baltimore, via Atlanta, via Blacksburg (VA), via Washington DC. No matter how many times he laps the country, one thing rarely changes... his love of all things digital music and social media. He has held various lead and backup roles in such notable acts as TotalMusic, AOL Music, MyStrands, and Analog Devices. Less notable were stints at his own indie label (Prodigal Sun) and DigiScents. He has pieces of paper somewhere (possibly in the back of his closet, under his shoes) that claim he has an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. West coast born and bred, Jeff received his B.A. in English from the University of Oregon and then hopped in a U-Haul to drive cross-country to attend Brooklyn Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2003. Before joining Lime Company, Jeff worked at a boutique media law and litigation firm, cutting his teeth on the IP transactional and litigation work that would give him the skills to help guide the good ship Lime into the future. When the opportunity or need arises, Jeff enjoys (in no particular order) rye whiskey, holding it down for his band Class Action, and taking off to the mountains to do some biking.
